CASE STUDY

#KMMoodyHaven is an extension to our Carriage home Moody Project in North Vancouver. This outdoor Haven features exterior millwork design including a fully custom deck with a sunken hot tub and an expansive 12-foot floating lounge bench. the wood used in this project was ipe. ipe is naturally resistant to rot, termites and decay, making it a sustainable choice for decking. The beautiful natural rich, exotic amber hues of the wood are complimented by potted bamboo, banana plants & palms in the surrounding landscaping for privacy and to play off the tropical essence of this backyard sanctuary.
