The home will be approx. 1800 sq/ft, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom single-storey home with in-suite laundry and a full kitchen. It is near a steep slope overlooking the Malaspina Strait. It will be primarily used as a guest house for friends and family, and will be open for short-term rentals when not in use. With the combination of forest surround and the ocean view, light + solar studies will play a big part in site design and window placement. Mood: Warm Scandinavian, simple modern lines, natural organic elements.
