For order inquiries, quotes, and any other questions relating to purchasing furniture + decor through Kyla Marie Interiors, please fill out this form. We will get back to you within 1-2 business days.

FAQ

  • Due to the current global climate, some orders may experience delays. We are actively working with our seller partners to be able to provide up-to-date information. For specific order inquires, please fill out our order inquiry form here.

  • All retail orders placed through Kyla Marie Interiors are considered a special order. We do not stock any inventory of furniture or decor. Custom products are non-refundable. Retail products may be refundable when available by the vendor. Restocking fees may apply and will be set by the vendor/ manufacturer.

  • We ship all across Canada. Please note we do note ship to PO boxes. Once you place an order through Kyla Marie Interiors, we will process the order within 3-business days. Shipping time will vary between different vendors. Please let us know if you are looking to have something shipped by a certain date, and we can do our best to confirm whether or not that will be possible.

  • We do not stock any inventory of furniture or decor. Inventory status will be checked prior to final order confirmation.

  • Whether or not you are an existing design client, ordering though Kyla Marie Interiors can make your purchasing process easier, by allowing you to purchase from several different vendors in one seamless transaction.

    New customers that place a retail order through Kyla Marie Interiors will receive a voucher for a discount off of our Interior Design Services.
